All-in-one fee

This comprehensive monthly fee covers a range of services, including opening fees, identification fees, account maintenance fees, subscription fees, account closure fees and the use of the service portal (including address changes, etc.).

The fee is based on the loan amount:

• CHF 30 per month for amounts between CHF 10,000 and CHF 39,999.
• CHF 60 per month for amounts between CHF 40,000 and CHF 109,999.
• CHF 80 per month for amounts between CHF 110,000 and CHF 250,000.

Interest

The interest rate starts at 3.5% and varies depending on the risk. You can find your personal interest rate in the conditions in your agreement.

Extraordinary fees

An unscheduled repayment that is not made in accordance with the contractual agreements leads to additional administrative expenses and has an impact on the interest calculation, as the original repayment plan must be adjusted.
