A cooperation agreement exists between Kamuno AG and the following partner companies:

• WIR Bank Genossenschaft, Basel

(hereinafter referred to as the “partner company”)

Within the scope of this agreement, the partner company receives compensation for referring customers to Kamuno AG. For each referred customer who enters into a framework agreement with Kamuno AG for the financing product, the partner company receives a fee ranging from 0.1% to 3% of the disbursed amount. This compensation is payable to the partner company. Such compensation may lead to conflicts of interest.

To the extent that the partner company receives fees in connection with this referral which, pursuant to Article 400, paragraph 1 of the Swiss Code of Obligations or other legal provisions, it would otherwise be required to pass on to the signatory, the signatory agrees that such fees already received, as well as any future compensation, shall remain entirely with the respective partner company.

The signatory expressly waives any rights to claim repayment or reimbursement from the partner company in this respect. The partner company is entitled to invoke this waiver directly against the signatory. No claim for reimbursement or repayment exists against Kamuno AG.
